We aim to keep delivery straightforward and reliable for customers ordering Hiab crane parts across the UK.
Most stock items are dispatched the same day and delivered using trusted national carriers. Non stock parts can be supplied directly from Hiab’s European distribution centre when required.
Orders placed before 3:30pm Monday to Friday are normally dispatched the same working day subject to stock availability.
Same Day Dispatch
Orders placed before 3:30pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day where the item is in stock.
Orders placed after 3:30pm will be dispatched on the next working day.
All orders received after 3:30pm on Friday through to Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Delivery Services
The delivery method used depends on the size of the item.
DPD
Items under 1 metre in length are shipped using DPD.
DPD provides reliable nationwide delivery with full tracking and delivery notifications.
Typical delivery time is 1 to 3 working days depending on location.
DX
Items over 1 metre in length are shipped using DX.
DX specialises in longer and bulky consignments that cannot travel through standard parcel networks.
Typical delivery time is 1 to 3 working days depending on location.
Non Stock Hiab Parts
If a part is not currently held in our UK stock, we can still supply it.
These parts are shipped directly from Hiab’s European distribution centre in France. Lead times can vary depending on the part and availability. Where applicable we will confirm the expected delivery timeframe once the order is received.
Next Day Delivery
Next Day and Next Day AM delivery options are available on orders placed before the relevant cut off times, subject to stock availability.
Please note certain items are not eligible for next day or next day AM delivery as they may be shipped directly from manufacturers or suppliers. Where this applies it will be clearly stated on the product description.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive tracking details from the courier so you can monitor delivery progress.
Delivery Terms
Dates stated for delivery are approximate only and Nationwide Trailer Parts Ltd shall not be liable for any delays in delivery however caused.
Prices for delivery are subject to change without prior notice by Nationwide Trailer Parts Ltd.
We reserve the right to contact the customer prior to dispatch of goods to inform of any change in delivery cost.
We will deliver goods in accordance with your order and a valid signature will be required on collection or delivery.
In the unlikely event that you have not received all the goods within the stated delivery time you must notify us immediately.
Upon delivery of the goods to you the goods shall be at your own risk.
Title in the goods shall not pass to you until the price of the goods has been paid in full and no other sums whatsoever remain due to us.
Until title in the goods passes from us you shall hold the goods on a fiduciary basis as bailee and shall store the goods at your own cost separately from all other goods in your possession and clearly marked as our property.
All orders shipped outside the United Kingdom are delivered on DAP delivered at place Incoterms. The recipient of the order is responsible for all customs formalities for the import of the products and for payment of any import duty, taxes, levies or other charges that may apply outside the UK.
