We offer the facility for customers to call into our warehouse in person to collect orders from our trade counter in Thorp Arch, Near Wetherby, just off the A1 north of Leeds. This is useful if you need parts urgently or to save on carriage costs, particularly on larger items.

Please do not travel to collect your order until you have received confirmation that it is ready.
Collection Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive:

An order confirmation email, followed by

A separate email confirming your order is ready to collect
Do not attend the trade counter until you have received the “ready to collect” email.
This ensures your order has been picked, checked and is available to hand over without delay.
Trade Counter Location
Our trade counter is open 08:00 to 16:30 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 to 16:00 Friday. We are CLOSED all day Saturday, Sunday and all Bank Holidays.
Location: Nationwide Trailer Parts Limited, Unit 7 Ash Way, Thorp Arch Estate, Wetherby, LS23 7FA.
