Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Nationwide Trailer Parts Limited, trading as cranepartsuk.com, and forms part of our Website Terms & Conditions.
All sales are business-to-business (B2B).


Delivery Areas

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom

  • European Union

  • Rest of World (ROW)

Delivery services, transit times and charges vary by destination, size and weight of the goods.


Dispatch Cut-Off Times

  • 3.30pm, Monday to Friday is the cut-off for same-day dispatch

  • Orders placed after 3.30pm will be dispatched the next working day

  • We do not dispatch on weekends or UK bank holidays

Dispatch times are estimates only and subject to stock availability and order verification.


UK Delivery Services

For UK mainland deliveries, we use the following services:

Parcels Under 1 Metre

  • Sent via DPD

  • Next Working Day and Timed Delivery options available at checkout

Items Over 1 Metre / Large or Heavy Goods

  • Sent via DX Freight

  • Pallet or freight delivery where applicable

The delivery method is determined automatically based on item size and weight.


Delivery Times

All delivery times quoted are estimates, not guarantees.

While next working day services are available, delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier network issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Peak trading periods

  • Circumstances beyond our control

We do not accept liability for delays once goods have been dispatched.


International Shipping (EU & Rest of World)

All shipments outside the UK are supplied on DAP (Delivered At Place) Incoterms.

This means:

  • The recipient is fully responsible for all import duties, taxes, VAT and customs clearance charges

  • These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs

  • We are unable to advise on local import rates or clearance fees

Failure to pay applicable import charges may result in delays, returns or additional costs, which will be the responsibility of the customer.


Risk & Responsibility

  • Risk passes to the customer on delivery

  • Customers are responsible for unloading where applicable

  • Goods must be inspected on receipt

Any claims for:

  • Transit damage

  • Shortages

  • Incorrect deliveries

Must be reported within 14 calendar days of delivery, in line with our Returns Policy.


Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

  • No one available to receive goods

  • Incorrect delivery information supplied

  • Site access restrictions not advised in advance

Any additional delivery or re-delivery charges will be the responsibility of the customer.


Click & Collect / Trade Counter Collection

Collection is available from our trade counter at:

  • Collection can be selected at checkout

  • Orders must be paid in full prior to collection

  • You will be notified when goods are ready for collection

  • Valid identification may be required on collection


Delivery Charges

Delivery charges:

  • Are calculated at checkout

  • Are based on destination, size and weight

  • Are non-refundable once goods have been dispatched
