  • Exclude delivery charges, which are shown at checkout

7. Payment

Payment must be made in full prior to dispatch unless a credit account has been approved.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Approved trade account (subject to credit approval)

We reserve the right to suspend or withdraw credit facilities at any time.

8. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

  • Risk passes to you on delivery

  • Title to goods passes on receipt of cleared funds

  • You are responsible for unloading where applicable

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, supply chain disruption, force majeure events or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Inspection & Acceptance

You must inspect goods on delivery.

Any claims for:

  • Incorrect goods

  • Shortages

  • Transit damage

Must be reported within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Failure to notify us within this period will be deemed acceptance of the goods.

10. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Refunds & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Fabricated-to-order, special-order and installed goods are non-returnable, unless confirmed faulty.

11. Warranties & Liability

All goods are supplied subject to the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We exclude all implied warranties, conditions and representations

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied

We shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits

  • Loss of business or contracts

  • Downtime or loss of use

  • Consequential or indirect losses

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Goods supplied are intended for professional installation by competent persons.

We accept no liability for:

  • Incorrect installation

  • Misuse or overloading

  • Failure to follow manufacturer guidance
